At Oonnat, we’re committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our detailed cancellation, return, and refund policy to ensure a smooth process for you:

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for any product before it has been shipped, with the exception of our handknitted items.

  • Handknitted Items: Our handknitted pieces are made-to-order and created with care by skilled artisans from marginalized communities. Work begins on these products as soon as the order is placed, so cancellations for handknits are not possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At OONNAT, every piece is made with intention, care, and a deep respect for the people who choose to wear it. We truly appreciate the trust you place in us, and we don’t take that lightly.

Because our collections are created in small batches with thoughtful craftsmanship, we follow a mindful return and refund policy that helps us continue doing what we do best.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
We kindly ask that items are:

    • Unused and unwashed
    • In their original condition
    • With all original tags intact

Once the returned item reaches us and clears our quality check, the order value will be issued as OONNAT Store Credit.
This store credit can be used anytime on our website and does not expire. 

Size Exchange

If you’re facing a size-related concern, we’re happy to offer a size exchange at no additional cost. 
Our team will personally assist you to make sure you feel confident and comfortable in what you wear. The size exchange window is of 5 days post which the size WILL NOT be exchanged. 

Customisation

Each customized piece is thoughtfully made just for you, based on the measurements and preferences you share. Because of this personal process, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on customized orders. We only accept customisations on prepaid orders.

However, your experience matters deeply to us. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please feel free to reach out to us—we’ll be happy to assist you and make it right.

Important: For handknitted items, we emphasize that these products are more than just garments—they represent craftsmanship, traditions, and the livelihoods of women artisans. Returns on handknitted pieces are not possible, but we offer size exchanges if needed.

Size Exchanges for Handknitted Items

  • Size Exchange: If your handknitted item doesn’t fit properly, we’ll be happy to offer a size exchange. Since these pieces are handmade, please allow extra time for us to create a new size for you if we don’t have it readily available.

  • Process: In the event of an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product to initiate the process.

Unforeseen Delays

Our fulfillment timeline does not account for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by natural disasters, epidemics, war, or any other form of calamity. In such cases, we will process and dispatch orders once our production and supply chains are back on track.
